We booked and confirmed our appointment for three people for pedicures today. When we showed up there weren’t enough chairs for us. The funny part is that they looked shocked to see the three of us. They then began to try to rush through another person’s nail job to accommodate us. Ultimately, one of us in our party left. As we didn’t feel that someone should get a rush job because of their disorganization. Extremely disappointing. Use your discretion when booking a group here.

The worst experience of my life! 😭 I came here for the first time to get my eyebrows done, and I ended up crying. These ladies cut off way too much of my eyebrow and, instead of taking responsibility or trying to fix the situation, they simply acted like they didn’t care and ignored me. I’m extremely disappointed, especially because it was my first time here and I trusted them to do a good job. Please don’t come here unless you want to leave in tears. I definitely will never come back and I do NOT recommend this place. 😡 Terrible service and an incredible lack of attention And they still respond in a ridiculous way, trying to minimize the problem by saying that they “only pulled out a few hairs from the front,” as if that were nothing! Do they really think it’s normal to have part of your eyebrow hairs pulled out after all the work I’ve put into maintaining my eyebrows? Have you even looked at the pictures? They speak for themselves. They didn’t even properly fix the rest of my eyebrows, and while they were doing the service, they were doing everything except actually paying attention to what they were doing. On top of that, the henna was extremely poor quality. How are you supposed to “fix” something that has taken me so much time and effort to maintain? This is not a small detail or something that should be minimized. It’s my eyebrow, and the result was terrible. Please remove this service, because honestly, it was awful and I would not recommend it to anyone. I definitely would not go back, and I would never recommend risking your eyebrows here.

Where was service? I never recommended anybody. I regret why I went there and it was my second time to get disappointed.00000 even I was showing the girl what to do and when I ask the one who knows English, he say oh I have to explain because she doesn’t understand English and she doesn’t know what to do. She was keep asking when the owner coming. She’s the one who take over but the things they are doing like it’s let’s do it on call and they keep saying in their language. I went there by 4:19. I left by 6:30. How many hours did they spend there only doing my legs and my arms. These people doesn’t know how to do. They just keep talking talking talking and she’s there saying I was complaining about the place why I complain about the price is because the things they did it’s not Worth for it cause the service was very bad
